Dear Clients, As you would recall from 2021, PATRICK TERMINAL’S and the MUA are still bumping heads over the Enterprise Agreement. The latest news in relation to this matters, is that its still not resolved and the FAIR WORK COMISSION (FWC) has listed it for hearing on for three days commencing on 27th JAN 2022.
